Our application process

Please note; applications are now closed.

Our aim is to create an engaging process where you are challenged so we can evaluate your skills. We’re very intentional with who we hire and seek out the top candidates to ensure we’re best able to continue the best service to our clients.

You can find a brief overview of the process below or, download a more in depth application guide here.

Our Application Process:

  1. If your CV passes our initial screening stage, you will be invited to complete an online numerical reasoning test. You will have one week to complete this assessment.
  2. Candidates who are successful in the assessment stage will be contacted for an initial screening video call with one of the Human Capital team. This interview will focus on your motivations and behaviours.
  3. If that goes well, you will complete another video interview with a member of the hiring teams. This interview will cover your understanding of the role, skills and behaviours.
  4. Finally, if you perform well, you will be invited to an Assessment Day in our London office. This day will consist of interviews, group tasks and presentations.

Further details on each stage will be shared as you progress through the process.
