We have designed a two-year programme for talented young professionals to join the Fundamental Investment teams at Marshall Wace. The aim of the program is to further develop analytical skills and gain investment experience. We are looking for exceptional talent with the intention that these Analysts will join one of our Fundamental Investment teams full time at the end of the program.
Asset management is competitive and we are looking for individuals who can excel, who are determined, who can innovate and be entrepreneurs to generate new ideas as well as challenge consensus and existing norms.
All successful applicants will be placed into a team for the full duration of the programme so they may develop an in-depth understanding of the specific team’s investment approach. There may also be flexibility for Analysts to rotate into a second investment team on a case-by-case basis.
Please note we are not currently hiring for this position. Due to the high amount of interest that we receive for this programme when we do open, we do not accept direct applications for this role. Instead, we rely on dedicated agency partners who will source and screen the best candidates for us based on the team requirements at the time. Their role is to proactively headhunt those who will be most suitable for the scheme.
