- In 2022 I joined the graduate scheme at Marshall Wace as part of the Fund Accounting team. The sub team I am a part of plays a crucial role in calculating and delivering the net asset value (NAV) of our funds accurately and promptly. This information is vital for both internal stakeholders and external investors to monitor the performance of our funds. Given the dynamic nature of Marshall Wace we are constantly integrating new products and workflows into our systems and balance sheets. We are also continuously innovating our control processes which keeps my role both stimulating and engaging.
- Within just a few days of starting I was entrusted with tasks and projects that had a significant impact on our operations. The responsibility placed upon me, as well as the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled colleagues, has greatly accelerated my learning and continuously expanded my knowledge.
