We have developed our process to allow us to get the best understanding of your skills and behaviours. Additionally, we’ll look to give you an understanding of what working at Marshall Wace is like. Assessments
Feedback: We aim to provide feedback within one working week of your interview or test. If you have any questions or need more information, please reach out to your recruiter, who will aim to respond promptly. We will strive to keep you informed in case of any delays.

Interview Dates
We interview people in batches to helps us streamline the process and ensure timely communication with all candidates. The dates available for each stage are:

Interviews (US & Asia)
We will work with you to find a suitable date depending on location and how the stages are broken down.
Note: we require to meet all candidates in person at the end of their process. We will not complete the final stage virtually.
We will assess towards the end of the year if we need to put on another interview round in January.
